Los Patios de Cordova Unanimously Approved by Design Commission

The Pasadena Design Commission approved Los Patios de Cordova, a 21-unit multi-family residential project located just blocks from our office on a corner site at the edge of a residential neighborhood and an arterial. Along with unanimous approval by the Commission, the project received praise for the high-caliber design, choice of materials and sensitivity to the neighborhood context.
