A multidisciplinary team of 20 consultants led by Moule & Polyzoides conducted a weeklong charrette in the City of Sunland Park, New Mexico to design a Master Plan for the Border Crossing, McNutt Corridor and Downtown District. The site is on the United States-Mexico border and covers nearly 3,000 acres. The site encompasses the Mount Cristo Rey, the Rio Grande River and a planned international border crossing.
